Today, Zoftig Eatery features a curated menu of sandwiches, salads, wraps, bowls and scratch made desserts. Their first venture together was Matyson Restaurant, which they sold in 2007 to move to California. Chefs Matt and Sonjia pull from their extensive culinary experience working in great Philadelphia restaurants, where they met. Prior to Zoftig, The Spectors owned JoLe, a fine-dining restaurant in Calistoga. Husband and wife owners Matt and Sonjia Spector opened Zoftig Eatery in 2018 with the mission to provide “finer fast food”.
